The Brief
To produce and control logistics for a Jewish wedding at Soho Farm House, over two days and five locations.

The Party
Papakata began building a sperry tent for the Wedding the day before guests arrived. We ensured smooth arrival and check in of all guests, complete with putting personalised goody bags in each bedroom. The wedding guests were split between four hotels and Soho Farm House itself so it was imperative to assist them from getting from the various hotels to the wedding location, organising staggered arrival times at the Farm House. Soho Farm House doesn’t allow vehicles onsite, so guests are escorted by farm staff on milk floats around the property.

The Chuppah (wedding ceremony) took place in a barn and to keep with the rustic theming, carts were decorated with wild flowers and greenery was added to the chandeliers, made of old wagon wheels.

A gorgeous flower arch adorned the entrance to the barn and lanterns trailed the edges of the paths leading to a second barn for the drinks reception. Finally, guests were led into the sperry tent where they had a sit down dinner, speeches and dancing with a 9-piece band.

The dancefloor was packed all night and guests continued the festivities at an after party in a smaller barn with DJ until the small hours, not before stopping off at a food cart for midnight munchies first!
We offered a shuttle service for guests not staying on the property, meaning nobody had to miss out on the party as they could leave when they wanted.

The following day, guests made their own way back to Soho Farm House for a casual hangover brunch to end a memorable couple of days.
