A stand-up Christmas party for 400 guests in a unique venue in central London.
London is spoilt for choice when it comes to unique venues however, we have worked with this client for several years and have therefore slimmed down the list down quite considerably.
This year we wanted to focus on a venue that provided some interaction, rather than a historical building or a venue with a view. Madame Tussauds was therefore chosen as the venue for this year’s event, Madame Tussauds is an award-winning themed wax work venue in Baker Street.
As guests arrived at the event, they started their event journey on the venues famous Spirit of London ride. Guests hopped into one of London’s infamous black cabs and were taken on a journey through the capital’s history. From the comfort of the taxi, guests witness the historical and cultural events that shaped London into one of the greatest cities in the world.
After the ride guests were greeted in ‘Party’ and joined the A-Listers walk the red carpet, strike a pose for the paparazzi, and join the party to end all parties! Guests mingled with their favourite A-List celebrities, rubbed shoulders with the stars and cosied up to Hollywood’s hottest hunks. All the while guests were enjoying cocktails and canapes before journeying through to the next space.
Once the drinks reception was over guests made their way through the ‘Film Zone’ with Kong from Skull Island as one of the main features in this space. After taking their time to enjoy the exhibits guests arrived in the main party room for the event, this comprises of the Royals, sports heroes, musicians and historical politicians wax works.
Within this space the canapes continued, and the bowl food started circulating, guests were enjoying taking selfies with the stars before the DJ started for guests to dance the night away.
