Christmas Party - Winter Wonderland

The Nobu Portman Square

The Brief

The client wanted to transform The Nobu Portman Square into a Winter Wonderland extravaganza and wow their guests as they walked into the room.

The Party

The Nobu was the perfect venue for this type of brief. It is a blank canvas space that can be easily transformed into any theme. As the guests entered the main ballroom, low fog covered the floor while 6 performers, all dressed in custom costumes, welcomed the guests. The Aerialist, contortionists and tree stilt walkers continued to welcome the guests into the room by doing a short mystical performance on podiums, all bespoke for this client!

The entire room was draped in white with Christmas trees and fake snow around the room. The tables were complete with bespoke table centres decorated with tea-lights, charger plates and Perspex chivari chairs which all added to the magical atmosphere. The custom glossy marble bar, dance floor, stage and DJ booth along with the silver mirrored tabletops reflected the blue icy lighting and created a beautiful snowy wonderland .

After a delicious Nobu Christmas meal, we revealed a fully immersive Santa’s grotto which included a photopod, giant sleigh and a vodka luge. The band kept the party going all night and it was truly a night to remember.
