English Country Garden Wedding at Belcombe Court

The Venue
Belcombe Court, Bradford on Avon

The Brief
To plan a large-scale wedding consisting of two events, across four locations within the grounds of Belcombe Court, arranging all logistics, production as well as running of the event.

The Party
Set in the middle of the country in the fields of Bradford on Avon, we began the setup of our beautiful stretch tent and sail tent that would be the main setting for the wedding. We ensured a smooth arrival as we had arranged transport from 8 different locations around Bradford on Avon and Bath to allow guests to arrive on time for the chuppah ceremony.

As guests arrived, they were greeted with elderflower water before making their way into the sail tent where the beautiful central chuppah stood, filled with the most stunning flowers, the central aisle was surrounded by greenery and white flowers with a touch of pink, and the guests sat in the round, all with a perfect view of the Bride and Groom.

As guests made their way to the reception on the lawn overlooking the beautiful grounds of the country estate, we were ready in the stretch tent for the main event. Guests were welcomed into the marquee by a sensational 9-piece band, who instantly got everyone on the dancefloor. The open sided marquee was filled with flowers from top to bottom, complete with gazebos over some of the tables, it really was the perfect English country garden setting. Every little detail matched, down to the flooring of the marquee and the linen we had placed on the tables in a pale pastel shade of dusty pink. Every element had been carefully considered, matching the colour of the flower pots on tables to the stage fascias and bar fronts. The dancefloor was packed all night and dancing continued into the early hours of the morning, where guests moved to a barn for an after party with midnight snacks and a DJ.

The following morning, we were onsite early to change around the chuppah tent into a fabulous brunch with live cooking stations. From eggs, fruit salad and meats to dessert, from coffee stations to a bloody Mary bar, you name it, we had it. It really was one of the most memorable events we have done.
