1920s!!!! That was the key to our brief from this client. The client requested a transformed space where their guests would step into the 1920s from the moment they arrived at the event. Another key request was to find a venue where its décor would allow us to commit to this theme and to also allow the party to continue into the early hours of 3am.
The perfect venue for this brief was sourced and secured, the Sheraton Park Lane’s magnificent ballroom. With the venue ticking all requirements and the décor playing excellently to the 1920s theme we first built the perfect all-inclusive package for the client. The package included an unlimited sparkling wine drinks reception with canapes, 3 course dinner and an unlimited drinks package to party the night away with.
All tables were dressed in black with themed table centers of elaborate feathers and candles. Our events team sourced endless entertainment for the guests to enjoy including a photobooth with 1920s props, magician and Pix n Mix, keeping every guest engaged from start to finish.
How We Added Value
The Uptown team managed every aspect of the event, continually keeping the client’s requests and ideas in mind. We added enhanced surround sound and large projector screens showing 1920s content to keep everyone engaged in the theme at all times, this was the main goal for the client. Having our event team on site at the event managing all aspects, from catering to entertainment it allowed the client to relax and enjoy their evening.
