The Brief
Uptown Events organise parties and production large and small, and we will do everything possible to get something arranged – even at the last minute! The brief came in at 5pm on Friday, just before everyone was about to leave the office and go to the weekend’s events. The May Fair Hotel in London was to host a party for the film premier of “Magic Mike” on the Monday night. Full production with lighting, staging, sound and a day of rehearsals had to be created prior to the party in the early evening. A specialist light show was to be designed for the Dream Idols who would be performing to a group of specially invited celebrities and VIPs.
The Venue
The venue was to be The Crystal Room at the exclusive May Fair Hotel.
The Event
Uptown Events created a memorable experience for all the guests. Probably not the most complicated event we have ever done, but we managed to complete the brief in the shortest amount of time at a cost effective price to the clients who were extremely grateful!
