To design, create and co-ordinate a stylish, funky and memorable Barmitzvah party
which oozes glamour and sophistication. There was to be something for all guests, young and old, and the party was to go on until the early hours, this really was a party crowd!
The chosen venue was The Hilton Park Lane, this stunning hotel ticked all the boxes. A large Foyer, 3 large reception rooms, so that the kids could have their fun separately to the adults, and the party room itself in the Grand Ballroom.
Over 300 guests attended the party. As guests entered the Foyer, they were greeted by a team of staff to direct them through the cloakroom, table cards and present area, before guests were directed to either the adult or kids reception rooms.
The kids reception room offered various activities to keep the kids occupied, including 6 lane Scaletrix, dance machines, casino tables, Rock Band and even a photo booth in a Mini, which only just made it into the venue! Meanwhile, the adults were enjoying a sophisticated reception with canapes, endless Champagne, background music and a red carpet photo shoot area, with a backdrop of the Barmitzvah boy.
As guests were called for dinner and the doors of the Grand Ballroom were opened, the transformation which had undergone inside was revealed. The tables were centred around a large black and white dancefloor, an LED colour changing bar with a LED back bar displaying a variety of spirits was placed along the width of the dancefloor. The flaring cocktail barmen were showing off their tricks as guests entered, above the barmen a custom designed 3 tier white stage raising the DJ high above the crowd was the centrepiece. Behind the DJ were 3 large screens showing live camera footage to ensure all guests were able to see all the action that was to come.
In the centre of the dancefloor there was a large, colourful Chinese Dragon with someone very special hidden inside! Once the guests had taken to their seats, the event kicked off with a bang. A specially designed cartoon clip of the Barmitzvah boy was played on the large screens (click here to view) before the New Century dance troop, flown in especially from Miami revealed the Barmitzvah boy and performed an unforgettable dance to start the party, all of which was captured on the live camera.
After the meal, further breath taking dance routines and the speeches the Barmitzvah boy opened the dancefloor with a choreographed break dancing routine with our very own break-dancers. Next door to the Ballroom the entertainment stands re-opened, along with popcorn and candy floss machines. Meanwhile on the stage, the DJ flown in especially from Israel, the live drummer, violinist and break dancers were well and truly making an impression on the guests and the dance floor was packed into the early hours!
