A party for 500 people, to provide the finale to an annual sales conference.

To include:

• Nice Food
• Live music
• Theme
• Eye Catching Venue
• As much alcohol as possible

The Event

After visiting a short list of four venues that met the client's criteria, Café de
Paris was chosen as the perfect setting for the event.

A Hollywood theme was chosen featuring giant video screens showing classic
movies and two Giant Oscars were positioned at the top of the staircase.

A carichaturist greeted guests as they entered, offering an alternative portrait,
as a wandering magician mingled with the guests making them gasp in
amazement at his wondrous illusions.

Sparkling wine was served on silver trays as guests made their way down the
staircase and into the main reception area

Entertainment was provided by a live band, featuring Claire Sweeny and
Denise Van Outen on guest vocals, alongside our hand picked DJ.

A substantial Canape selection was on offer throughout the evening, served on
silver platters by glamorous waitresses and handsome waiters.

Guests could enjoy a complimentary bar of Wine, Beer and Soft drinks throughout the duration of the evening.
