Simon and I wanted to thank you for managing our evening so well and ironing out any of the creases.  Simon particularly thought your advice about the band was very wise and having the next dance set with the DJ was absolutely the right choice without detracting from the band who played excellent music and triggered the right atmosphere from the beginning.

Of course, you always get positive feedback after you throw parties but the comments I have had this time around have been so complimentary I cannot begin to tell you!  Mostly, telling us we had got the right balance of everything from music, to food, to decor to atmosphere etc. and they loved the video.  I think having the party in our home (which as you commented, many clients couldnt bear) made a huge difference.  Everyone someone how felt more part of things simply by the fact we opened  our doors to them.

Bert, it was an absolute pleasure to work with you.  I love the way you calm your clients down and any ruffled feathers are soon put back in place!!   Though you raised question marks about the lighting when it came to the event, you were quick to reassure me everything was good and right  so I also appreciate that.

Thank you so much.  And please also  thank Adam.  He played a couple of the tracks I asked for and that made me very chuffed.  Of course, most importantly of all, the barmitzvah boy was very happy and thanked Simon and I at the end for a terrific party.  I think he really meant it.

Dear Adam and Lisa

I wanted to wait 24 hours before writing to you, so that I could compose a reasonably mature and considered letter, rather than one long gush!

Simply, I want to thank you for all of your advice and support, your professionalism and your enthusiasm. Also, for being so lovely to work with. It was a real pleasure to meet you both and to place our party in your hands.

You helped us to realise our ideal party for Izzy. More importantly, you made it possible for us all to have a wonderful night. I was really able to enjoy my own party - a rare gift for which I cannot thank you enough.

Everything you organised, from running the set up to the very last song, was perfectly judged. I am so glad we let you talk us into having Andre (and friend). They were quite the talk of the guests (esp the girls).

I have already had several enquiries from friends and will certainly be passing on your details with wholehearted recommendations.

I seem to have failed my gush-avoidance resolution, but that was probably never a realistic aim.

I hope the rest of your weekend was as successful as Saturday.

Dear Lisa and Jon,

We really had a great party last night and I think you both worked really hard to make that happen.  Sometimes things don't go as you plan and envisage and I guess its a true sign of professionalism to be able to implement changes to make sure the party keeps the 'high' and the momentum going to its peak.
 
Judging by all the compliments that have showered in today, it seems like everyone agrees, so thank you so much for everything. Your expertise proved invaluable.

Thank you for the most amazing party. We know you must have worked all the hours (again) to get the venue ready and it looked just fantastic. We really appreciated the fact that you were always there in the build-up preparing for the day, responding immediately to our calls and emails and advising us through the various options, and keeping us calm and informed. To achieve that for one simcha would have been great but to come up with two such different productions to the same high standard within 4 months of each other was incredible. Most importantly Teia loved every minute of it.

I wanted to drop you a line to thank you so much for the wonderful service you provided on Sunday evening. This played a major part in making the evening so successful and enjoyable. All your staff – both the set up/dismantling crew and those present on the evening worked with efficiency and professionalism and we received numerous compliments about everything you did. No doubt you will hopefully get some calls in the coming months from some of the guests who attended as they felt you played all the right kind of music, kept the pace of the evening to perfection and made it a slick and enjoyable night to remember. Wow! Thank you all so much for helping to make Harry and Max's Bar Mitzvah such a memorable and fantastic occasion.

I just had to write to say we got our DVD of Sasha & Dean’s Wedding yesterday and relived last Thursday!!!  You did such an amazing job for us – we know that when you are involved that everything is going to run smoothly and that the music will be great!  On the night most things go “over your head” so to speak but watching the DVD it was noticeable that every single song you played was terrific and that, as usual, you got everyone up dancing and having a fabulous time, even though most had work the next morning!

The night was a huge success, everything went smoothly, and everyone loved the theme and props, especially the chocolate fountain. Feedback has been really good around the office so far so really pleased with how it turned out, the place looked great and everybody seemed to enjoy themselves. Food seems to have gone down pretty well too which is often people's favourite bugbear.

So thanks very much indeed again for all the effort you put in, it really did come off well. Now we've just got to try and match or better it next year!

Have a great Christmas and I'll speak to you sometime in the new year about organising next year's event(s).

Dear Adam & Lisa,

I want to say a BIG thank you for today.  Everything went so smoothly and looked great.  We all had such a great day and I felt like I could relax knowing you had everything in place.  You thought out every last detail and made sure everything was taken care of.  You set up all the room beautifully and it looked just as I imagined.  I really felt so relaxed, you truly are very good at running events even with a room full of kids and animals!

The girls doing the face painting were brilliant so please say a BIG thank you to them.  The kids loved them, they really were so much fun & so well prepared.  They really made the party extra fun for the little ones.

The videographer & photographer were very nice guys and I cannot wait to see the end product!

I really cannot say thank you enough for an amazing party.... you guys really did do your best to make everything happen & it was amazing.  I could not have asked for anything better.  The only problem is what to do next year!
